Jack Wolfskin Men's Altenberg 3-in-1 Jacket (Black Olive)

A New Arrival this Fall/Winter season is this Men’s 3-in-1 Altenberg Jacket from Jack Wolfskin’s Outdoor Technical collection. Actually, 2 jackets that are designed to be worn as one, to offer wind & waterproof protection from the shell, and insulating warmth from the zip-in/zip-out fleece jacket.

The shell, the outer coat, is completely windproof and waterproof, made of highly breathable 2-layer Texapore Core Ripstop weather protection fabric. It has a modern, contemporary styling - with a longer cut and asymmetric cuffs - and a soft cotton feel for improved wear comfort. Large enough pockets (hip, chest, inside) to keep personal effects within range and a fixed, adjustable hood for head protection if you’re facing a downpour.

The shell is docked with a warm fleece liner made of Polartec 200 through a special 3-in-1 system-zip feature, an extra set of front zippers. Both jackets are designed to be worn separately so if conditions don’t call for both, wear just one and stash the other in your backpack. Or wear the combination and for a perfect insulating, bad winter weather coat.
