We offer free returns for customers in The Netherlands if they use our free of charge return service with PostNL.
With your delivery you’ll find a PostNL Return Label with instruction. Just go to a nearby postal office to have your return shipped back to Outdoorbrands, no postage is needed.
Unfortunately, for customers outside the Netherlands the return is not free of charge, postage will be yours.
Every order comes with a Withdrawal Form and a return label.
While you are allowed to try an item to see if it fits, we cannot accept returns that are worn, used or missing original labels. Failure to comply with this condition will make you liable for any damages that are the result of use beyond the point necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and fit of the items.
Fix the return label to the parcel in which you received your order in or a similarly robust box. To use our return service, hand over the sealed/ taped parcel to PostNL at a nearby postal office. If you’re not in The Netherlands – or do not want to use our return service - just ship the parcel back with a courier service provider of your choosing. Always make sure to keep your Proof of Acceptance notification safe – which will be given by the courier when accepting the parcel - until we confirm receipt of the returned shipment.

When you rescind an order and are not looking for an exchange, the return window expires 14 days after you or a designated third party that is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the order. Items you do not wish to keep should be returned to us no later than the withdrawal term of 14 days but we appreciate it when you send them back as soon as possible after your decision to rescind on the agreement.
