PostNL

 

We offer free returns for customers in the Netherlands when using our PostNL return service.

Your parcel includes a PostNL return label and brief instructions. Simply hand in your sealed parcel at a nearby PostNL location—no postage is required.

For customers outside the Netherlands, return shipping is not free of charge and is at your expense.

 

Important to keep in mind

Every order includes a withdrawal form and a return label.

You may try on items to assess fit, but we cannot accept returns that are worn beyond trying on, used, damaged, or missing original labels. If an item is handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and fit, you may be liable for any diminished value.

Attach the return label to the box you received your order in (or a similarly sturdy box). If you use our PostNL return service, hand the sealed parcel to PostNL at a nearby location. If you are outside the Netherlands—or if you prefer not to use our return service—you can return the parcel using a carrier of your choice. Always keep your proof of posting until we confirm receipt of your return.

14-day withdrawal period

If you withdraw from the purchase (and you are not requesting an exchange), the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods. Please return the items without undue delay and in any event within 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw. You are on time if you send the items back before this period expires.
