Complaints

We feel it's important that our customers are satisfied. When you’re satisfied, than we have done a good job. If you’re not, or if you have an actual complaint, than please inform us via info@outdoorbrands.nl

We deal with complaints as soon as we can, but at the latest within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the complaint. When the dealing with the complaint takes longer, we will inform you within this period about when you can expect a substantial answer from us.
