Shopping online should feel straightforward and worry-free. At Outdoorbrands, we want you to shop with confidence. Clear information, fair terms and reliable service are part of every order. Below you’ll find how returns, exchanges and your right of withdrawal are handled.
For customers in the Netherlands, we offer a free return option via PostNL . A return label and short instructions are included with your parcel.
You may return items within 14 days, starting on the day after you receive your order. This is your statutory right of withdrawal. More details are explained below.
Please return items within the 14-day period, in unused and undamaged condition. You may try on clothing to assess fit, but we cannot accept items that have been worn beyond trying on.
If a tag is in the way while trying an item, you may remove it as long as you include it with your return. Items that are stained, damaged or have an odor (including smoke) cannot be accepted. We therefore recommend deciding soon after delivery whether you wish to keep the item(s).
Your parcel includes a return/withdrawal form and an address label. Please attach the label to the original box (or a similarly sturdy box) and send the parcel back using a carrier of your choice.
We will refund you via the original payment method where possible (for example credit card or PayPal). Once we have received your return in good condition, we will process the refund as soon as possible. In most cases, refunds are completed within 5–10 business days.
For returns from outside the Netherlands, return shipping costs are not reimbursed by Outdoorbrands. These costs vary per country and carrier.
When shopping online, it can happen that a size, fit or color is not as expected. We try to prevent this with clear size charts and accurate product photos.
If you would like to exchange an item, the return conditions described under “Returning” apply. Once we receive the original item back, we will send the replacement item (subject to availability).
In most cases you do not need to pay additional shipping fees for the replacement shipment (unless the exchange requires a different shipping method or destination).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
You are on time if you send your return before the 14-day period has expired. If you use our PostNL return service (Netherlands), it is free of charge. Costs for returning via another carrier are not reimbursed. Please keep your proof of posting until we confirm receipt of your return.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us a clear statement by email or post, informing us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
You may use the withdrawal form (PDF) attached to your order confirmation email, or download it here: Withdrawal Form (PDF) . Using this form is not mandatory. It is sufficient to clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw and return the items within the required period.
If you withdraw from the purchase (and you are not requesting an exchange), we will refund the payments we received from you as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Please return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw. You are on time if you send the items back before this period expires.
You may inspect and try items as you would in a physical store to assess the nature, characteristics and fit. If an item has been used or worn beyond what is necessary to try it, or if original labels are missing, you may be liable for any diminished value.
