We are focused on serving customers in our home market, the Netherlands, as well as some neighbouring countries. We do our very best to support our customers quickly and professionally, offering high-quality items sourced ahead of the season and dispatched promptly from our own stock within one working day.

 

All EU member states have implemented legislation to regulate waste and packaging. If your country is not listed below, we may not be able to comply with local Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements. In that case, we cannot offer standard shipping to your country via our webshop.

 

In addition to serving our home market in the Netherlands, we are pleased to ship to customers in the following countries:

Orders from Belgium and Germany

For delivery to Belgium or Germany, we charge a shipping contribution of € 4,95.

Shipping is handled by DHL, DPD or PostNL, depending on the destination and the selected option at checkout.

You will receive a Track & Trace code by email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery is made to the delivery address provided (not to neighbours) and usually requires a signature upon receipt. If you are not at home, the carrier may attempt delivery again on the next working day or deliver your parcel to a nearby pick-up point. In that case, you will receive a notification from the carrier.

If you prefer delivery to a pick-up point, you can select a DPD or DHL pick-up location where available. If you have a specific preferred pick-up point and it cannot be selected in checkout, you may mention it on the last checkout step under “comments”. We will do our best to follow your request, subject to carrier availability.

Germany: we are registered with LUCID, and our dual system partner Der Grüne Punkt handles our packaging and recycling obligations in accordance with German legislation.

Typical delivery time to Belgium and Germany is approximately 2–4 working days after dispatch (depending on the carrier and destination).

United Kingdom

Orders from France

For delivery to France, we charge a shipping contribution of € 4,95.

Shipping is handled by PostNL and La Poste. You will receive a Track & Trace code by email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery usually requires a signature upon receipt. If you are not at home, the carrier may attempt delivery again on the next working day or deliver your parcel to a nearby pick-up point, with a notification provided by the carrier.

If you prefer delivery to a pick-up point, you may choose delivery to a DPD Pickup Parcel shop where available. If you have a preferred pick-up location and it cannot be selected in checkout, you can mention it on the last checkout step under “comments”. We will do our best to follow your request, subject to carrier availability.

France: CITEO handles our environmental packaging obligations in accordance with French legislation, and we are a declarant member of Eco TLC-Refashion.

Shipping is handled by PostNL and your national postal organization. You will receive a Track & Trace code by email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery usually requires a signature upon receipt. If you are not at home, the carrier may attempt delivery again on the next working day or deliver your parcel to a nearby pick-up point, with a notification provided by the carrier.

Typical delivery time is approximately 5–10 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.

Other countries

Anyone can place an order with us, regardless of where they live. However, if your country is not listed above, we do not arrange shipping through our webshop. In many cases, you can organize shipping yourself via a forwarding service or a postal/courier solution of your choice.

The most economical option is often via national postal services. For example: PostNL (international shipping) .
