We are a small, family-run, online retail business based in The Netherlands, serving customers in select EU member states and the United Kingdom.

 

Following the EU’s Packaging Directive (to be replaced by the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) all member states have implemented legislation to regulate waste.

If your country of residence is not listed below, we don’t comply with your country’s mandatory Extended Producer Responsibility legislation.

In addition to serving our home market in the Netherlands, we are pleased to extend our services and ship to customers in the following countries:

Orders from Belgium and Deutschland

 

To have your order shipped to Belgium or Germany, we charge a shipping fee contribution of € 4,95.

DHL, DPD or PostNL will standardly handle shipping. 

Shipments can be tracked while in transit with Track & Trace (will be provided by e-mail to confirm dispatch), will only be offered at the delivery address (not at neighbours) and require a signature on delivery to confirm receipt. When you are not at home, the driver will leave a notification behind and will try again the next working day or deliver your parcel at a nearby DPD/ DHL pick-up point. In the latter case, a notification will be left in your mailbox.

 

If you prefer to pick up your package at a collection point near you, you can choose either a DPD or a DHL pickup location. We don't have a system integration with these couriers, but if you have a preferred pickup point, you can mention it on the last page of the checkout under "comments."

 

For Germany: we are LUCID registered and our dual system partner Der Grüne Punkt handles our packaging and recycling obligations according to German legislation.

 

Shipping to Belgium and Germany, in general, takes 2-4 working days after dispatch.

 

Note: if you pay with PayPal, due to PayPal’s Buyer’s/ Seller’s Protection terms, only the PayPal known address will be accepted for shipping/delivery.

United Kingdom

 

Customers from the United Kingdom will be charged a financial contribution for shipping of € 9,95. For more information about shipping to your country:   UK Shipping.

 

 

Orders from France and Italy

 

To have your order shipped, we require a fee of € 6,95.

 

DPD or DHL will handle shipping, can be tracked while in transit with Track & Trace (will be provided by e-mail to confirm dispatch) and requires a signature on delivery to confirm receipt. When you are not in when your order is delivered, the driver will try again the next working day or deliver your parcel at a nearby DPD/ DHL pick-up point. If you'd prefer to pick up your order/shipment at a collection point near you, you can choose delivery to a DPD Pickup Parcel shop. We don't have a system integration with DPD, but if you have a preferred pickup location, you can mention it on the last page of the checkout under "comments".

 

For France: CITEO handles our obligation environnementale concernant nos emballages according to French legislation and we are a declarant member of Eco TLC-Refashion.

Anyone worldwide can place an order on our website. However, if your country of residence is not listed above, you will need to arrange a freight forwarder to facilitate the delivery. This is currently the only way to receive orders from our site in countries that are not listed.
