For first-time customers, we have outlined the most important points below.
Customers from selected EU member states may place orders via our website in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/302 on addressing unjustified geo-blocking.
Orders are generally dispatched within one working day after receipt of payment. Delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected carrier. The standard delivery times shown in our webshop are based on delivery within the Netherlands and may differ for international shipments.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout, based on your country or region. We work with established courier services such as DPD, DHL (Deutsche Post) and PostNL. Current shipping rates are listed in our International Shipping section.
Prices shown on our website include Dutch VAT at the standard rate of 21%. In accordance with EU VAT e-commerce regulations, the applicable VAT rate of your country of residence will be applied at checkout. This also means that the VAT amount you pay is reported and remitted by us to the tax authorities in your country of residence.
For UK customers, orders with a value up to GBP 135 are subject to UK VAT at the applicable rate. We are VAT registered with HMRC, and the VAT amount you pay to us is reported and remitted by us to HMRC.
Select your desired items, add them to your shopping cart, enter the required customer and delivery details, choose your preferred shipping option and select a payment method. Before completing your order, you will be asked to review all details carefully, including your delivery address and the selected item size.
When you proceed by clicking the “Buy Now” button, your order is registered and you will be securely redirected to the selected payment platform to complete the payment. An order confirmation email will be sent automatically shortly after placing your order. Note: if the payment was not completed (for example due to a temporary internet or network connection issue, or insufficient funds), our customer service team will contact you by email to check whether you wish to proceed and to explain the available payment options.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law. Please consult our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed conditions and instructions.
We offer a range of secure payment methods for international orders. Online payments are processed via our payment service provider CM Payments B.V., which operates under applicable Dutch and EU regulatory requirements and security standards, or via the secure PayPal platform. If you prefer not to pay immediately, you may finalize your order and complete the payment later via a manual bank transfer.

After receiving returned items in unused and undamaged condition within the withdrawal period, we will refund the paid amount. Refunds are processed within the legally required timeframe of 14 days, using the original payment method where possible.
